Tim’s Oatmeal

This is my cousin Tim’s standard breakfast. Or at least some variation of that.

Mash a banana in your bowl (if frozen, microwave for 1 min first). Mash peanut butter into the banana. Then add oats and mix. Add raisins or other dried fruit. Add cinnamon or other seasoning and mix. Cover with water and microwave for three minutes.

Top with a little plant-based milk and fresh fruit.
