Tacos

Our tacos are very similar to our burritos, and of course, you can have both at the same time. The notable differences for us are vegan ground beef and refried beans (vs. sausage and black beans).

Brown vegan ground beef (Beyond or Impossible) in skillet, then add 1/2 packet of taco seasoning and 1/2 cup water and cook just a little to evaporate some water, but keeping it moist.

Cook a package of Near East spanish rice per directions on the box.

Heat a can of refried beans in a separate skillet

hot sauce (Ol’ Dirty Sheets’ funky kingston)

vegan sour cream

vegan cheese shreds

scallions

lettuce

a diced tomato

avocado chunks
