No Bake Cookies

1/2 cup plant-based milk

2 cups sugar (I use raw)

6 Tbsp cocoa

a pinch of salt

1/2 cup olive oil

3/4 cup natural peanut butter,

1 tsp vanilla

2 1/4 cups oats


Bring milk, sugar, cocoa, and a pinch of salt to a boil and boil for one minute, stirring.

Remove from heat and add olive oil, peanut butter, vanilla, and oats. Mix. Drop on wax paper and put in the refrigerator to cool. In a half hour or so, you'll be able to enjoy them.
